When Paula joined Marshall White in 2004 she brought with her nearly 2 decades' experience in the real estate industry, including successfully managing Property Management departments at Kay & Burton, Carmichael & Weber and Collins Simms. After serving the industry for nearly 4 decades, nearly 2 of those with Marshall White, Paula has successfully overseen the growth and management of 3,000 residential properties across 6 offices while managing a team of over 60 members.

With a passion for property management and service at large, Paula not only looks after our Property Management department but is a trustee for the Marshall White Foundation. The foundation focuses on helping our local community with issues including mental health and homelessness.

A qualified work-place trainer, Paula has successfully juggled her demanding career with her home duties as a mother of five children.
