It’s our pleasure to bring you the latest from The Grange, where the on-site works are advancing with care and precision.
External Works
The metal cladding and bricklaying are advancing well, with the majority of the external facade taking shape. With the installation of the metal cladding and brickwork nearly complete, these critical elements are advancing on schedule and form an integral part in the structural integrity and long-term durability of the building.
Internal Works
On the interior, significant progress has been made as well. Tiling and waterproofing have been completed 100%, ensuring a solid foundation for the remaining internal finishes. This is a major milestone, as it sets the stage for the next stages of the fit-out. The joinery installation is 75% complete, with the remaining elements being finalised in the coming weeks. This includes the installation of custom cabinetry and other fine details that will give the interiors a polished and functional look.
Stone installation is set to begin in the next few weeks. We will provide further progress photos in due course of the works so far.
The team continues to work diligently to maintain momentum and ensure the project stays on track for its scheduled completion. We'll keep you updated as we move closer to the final stages of construction!
