Dear Grange Community,
We are pleased to announce that construction of The Grange is nearing completion.
It has been a challenging journey, but despite all the hurdles we are extremely proud of the outcome.
During the next few weeks we will see full completion of internal and external works with final checks, testing and commissioning taking place.
If all goes to plan, we are hoping to be able to arrange settlements around late March - early April.
With regards to settlements and to ensure a smooth transition, we have engaged a very experienced team from "Unique Property Settlement (UPS)".
In due course, Amanda Wang from UPS will be in touch with you to introduce their role and services they will provide.
