Dear Sutton Street Community,
We’re pleased to provide the latest construction update for Sutton Street, where progress continues steadily across site.
- The reticulation of internal services, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical within the apartments are nearing completion.
- Insulation to external is complete, with plaster wall and ceiling linings soon to commence to the apartments.
- Aluminium windows have now been installed throughout.
- The roof has been installed to the uppermost level.
- The builder should be watertight mid-March.
The estimated date for Practical Completion of this project is anticipated to be the end of June 2026. The next month will confirm the program, and any adjustments to the completion date.
