Dear Sutton Purchaser,
We’re pleased to provide an update for construction.
The construction of the Basement Retention is now well underway.
With favorable weather conditions the Building Contractor has been progressing well with the vertical drop of the basement excavation, with concrete basement walls almost two thirds complete, perimeter rock anchors also installed.
