Dear Society Purchaser,
From the most recent update we are excited to announce that we have reached the bottom of the basement, and the construction team is now building upwards. All excavation works have been completed and all soil has been removed from the site.
The inground plumbing works are installed and 50% of the basement slab is poured. The basement will be fully sealed with balance of the basement concrete works completed.
Basement level 1 has 50% of the formwork in place and all in-slab services and steel reinforcement will be laid shortly.
In the month of August, we anticipate that the structural work will proceed beyond Basement 1 with formwork for the Ground level progressing.
Very shorty you can expect to see the building emerging from the ground.
