Dear Society Purchaser,
We are delighted to bring you the construction update for the Society development, detailing the progress on-site;
- Concrete pour for Level 4 slab complete
- Completion of structural walls and columns Level 4-5 ongoing
- Internal wall framing commencing on Level 1 and wall linings and services installations ongoing to Ground floor
- Basement 1/2 services and fit out ongoing
- Ground floor propping being removed ahead of commencement of services installation
