Dear MATTONE Homeowners,
We are pleased to provide you with the construction update from August. There has been some great progress on site.
In recent weeks, our team at Tycorp has achieved several key milestones,
- Joinery for the bathrooms, kitchen and laundries are being installed in all townhouses
- Built in robes are commencing fit out
- Timber facade battens are commencing installation
- Tiling in wet areas is underway
- Balcony pots and pavers are complete
Over the next month, construction at MATTONE by CADRE will focus on key milestones include stone installations:
- Painting is underway and planter boxes have landed on site ready for installation
- Landscaping to private courtyards are set to commence works
- All external landscaping to commence
- Appliances set to land on site
- Electrical fit off for lights and power/data points are on track for completion next month
As construction moves into its final phase, Property Settlement Solutions (PSS) has been appointed by developer to work with you in relation to the settlement of your townhouse purchase.
Their objective is to provide an efficient and seamless settlement of your apartment. They will work with you, and in conjunction with the developer and the builder, to coordinate valuers, solicitors and other service providers to ensure your property settles smoothly.
