Dear Maranoa Gardens Purchaser,
We are pleased to provide you with the latest construction update for your new home at Maranoa Gardens.
The development is progressing well, with the overall structure nearing completion at 70%. The plumbing rough-in is 60% complete, and the brick laying is currently at 30% completion.
We are excited about the progress made and look forward to sharing more updates as construction continues in the new year, with the builders expected to re-commence works on site in the mid - late January next year. Please see the latest photos from the construction site.
