Dear Malvern Gardens Community,
We are pleased to provide the latest progress update for Malvern Gardens, showcasing key milestones and ongoing work:
- Basement Perimeter Piling: We are excited to announce the successful completion of all perimeter piling, providing a strong foundation for the next stages of construction.
- Capping Beam: The capping beam has been fully installed, further stabilising the structure.
- Shotcrete Wall Spraying: The process of shotcreting has commenced, reinforcing the basement walls and enhancing the structural integrity of this development.
- Ground Anchors: The installation of ground anchors is now underway, securing the building to the ground and ensuring stability as excavation progresses.
- Excavation & Spoil Removal: Balmain & Co are actively excavating the site, with the first section now underway and spoil removal in progress.
- Ground Floor Civils: Ground floor civil works have been completed, marking another critical step towards the completion of the building’s framework.
- Loading Bay Construction: Preparations for the loading bay construction are about to commence, which will facilitate the efficient transport of materials on-site.
Settlement Update:
Balmain & Co are currently anticipating completion of construction by late next year, 2025. Please note that these timelines remain indicative and may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, supply chain delays, or regulatory approvals. Our team will provide you with milestone updates as work at Malvern Gardens progresses.
