Dear Lynden Park Purchasers,
We are pleased to advise that work is progressing according to the program.
The first fix stage was inspected recently and work is progressing well, most houses have been plastered, joinery is being installed as well as tiling to bathrooms.
The external facade is practically complete, and external works, including paving and landscaping, are set to commence shortly.
