Dear Hawthorn House Community,
We are pleased to share the latest construction progress at Hawthorn House and keep you informed as the project continues to take shape.
Site Progress:
- All houses except for Home 1 are fully framed and roofed.
- Home 1 is framed up to Level 1.
- Brickwork is 60% complete.
- Plumbing and electrical rough-in is approximately 75% complete.
- External cladding will commence on rear block next week.
- Plaster will follow in early March.
The estimated construction completion is November 2026, with settlements anticipated to follow in December 2026. We’ll continue to keep you updated as key milestones are reached.
