Dear Grandview Community,
We’re pleased to share that construction at Grandview is progressing well, with works continuing steadily on site and key milestones now underway.
Recently Completed Milestones:
- Completion of site demolition works.
- Piling has been completed.
- Completion of shotcreting.
- Installation of in-ground plumbing has now been completed.
- Completion of in-ground footings.
- Successful crane erection.
Works to follow in the next four to eight weeks:
- Basement 2 ground slab to be poured this week.
- Construction of Basement 2 structural walls.
- Pouring of the Basement 1 floor slab.
- Formation of Basement 1 structural walls.
- Commencement of the Ground floor slab.
The anticipated completion is May 2027.
The Grandview Design Team will continue to provide regular updates as construction progresses and key milestones are achieved.
