Dear Glenholm Purchaser,
We are pleased to provide you with an update on the construction and settlement progress for GlenHolm.
The main construction is now complete, and purchasers have conducted final inspections. The First Construction team is currently addressing the reported defects, with the aim of resolving them before settlement.
Please note that timelines remain subject to favourable conditions and potential unforeseen delays. The Certificate of Occupancy has been issued, and we are now awaiting the registration of the Plan of Subdivision. Settlement can only be called once this process is complete.
