We are delighted to bring you the construction update for the Glenholm development, showcasing the progress made on-site.
- All underground services are complete.
- All staircases are installed.
- Bathroom waterproofing is complete, and tiling is in progress.
- Internal fixing is underway.
- Exterior rendering is still in progress.
- Balcony screeding is complete.
Currently, construction at GlenHolm is forecasted to be completed by November 2024, with settlement expected in mid-December 2024.
Please be aware that these timelines are subject to favourable conditions and potential unforeseen delays. We will keep you informed with regular construction updates as we approach settlement. Note that an exact settlement date cannot be provided until the Plan of Subdivision is registered and the Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
