Dear Frith & Howarth Community,
We are pleased to confirm that the Stage 1 Building Permit has been issued and that main construction works have now commenced.
We are also pleased to advise that construction funding has been finalised with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), providing certainty and confidence as the project progresses.
Following an earlier delay arising from the introduction of new authority requirements under the Special Building Overlay, all conditions have now been satisfied and the Building Permit successfully obtained.
With approvals in place and works underway, the project is now moving forward as planned. We will continue to keep you informed as key milestones are achieved.
