Dear First Light Community,

We’re pleased to share the latest progress on-site, with construction continuing to advance steadily under the management of Ironside and DCF Property.

Works completed throughout January 2026:

• Jumpform Jump 8 and 9 (up to L8) - Complete
• Level 3 Pour 1 and 2 - Complete
• Level 4 Pour 1 and 2 - Complete
• Level 5 Formwork - Complete
• GF & L1 High Level Services - Now underway

The build is progressing well, with completion and settlement anticipated for Q1 2027.

The below photos provide a glimpse into the activity on site, showcasing the structure now emerging above ground as key service and infrastructure works advance below.
