Dear Fabric purchasers,
We are pleased to bring you the construction update for the Fabric development, showcasing the progress made on-site.
Here are the key activities that have been completed on site recently:
- Ground floor fire rating over entry completed
- Level 2 wall framing done and water rough in has a big progress
- Level 3 framing mainly completed
- Level 4 framing setout completed
- Some windows arrived and subsill + subhead installed in some areas
- Lift overrun formwork stripping started
The following works are anticipated for next week:
- Continue with framing, plastering, and rough-in work.
- Continuation of window installations.
- Continue rendering work.
- Continue noggings work.
