Dear Fabric Purchasers,
Progress of the construction of your new apartments has been proceeding well with the building structure fully complete.
The façade is now proceeding and mostly complete on all elevations on the building. Within the building the fit-out works has progressed on all levels with plasterboard walls installed from ground floor to level 3 and plaster to proceed shortly on the upper 2 floors.
All electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire services has been roughed-in to all floors. Painting and joinery have commenced on ground and level 1.
Whilst the exterior of the building will look similar for the next few months, the interior is certainly changing and moving ahead at a good pace. We are working towards a completion around September.
