We are delighted to bring you the latest construction update for Enso Gardens, showcasing the exciting progress made on site.
Construction works completed and forecasted to complete for Q1 of 2026:
- Site cut and site established.
- Completion of structural retaining walls to the neighbouring properties.
- Completion of basement concrete piling.
- Completion of concrete capping beam on ground.
- 80% completion of the double-level basement excavation.
The estimated construction completion is early 2027. We look forward to keeping you updated as the project advances.
