Dear Cookson Purchaser,
It was fantastic to see the scaffolding come down and reveal the Daniel Robertson brick facade to Cookson Street and the Laneway.
Unfortunately, we have experienced a slight delay in our constructions schedule, extending completion into Mid June. While we are still fully committed to delivering the project to the highest standards, some unforeseen circumstances have contributed to this delay. Rest assured we are doing everything possible to ensure the project progresses smoothly moving forward.
We are pleased to bring you the construction update for the Cookson development, showcasing the progress made on-site
- Ground Floor: Joinery installation complete, tiling completed and stone work is well advanced
- First Floor: Joinery installation near complete, tiling completed, stone work and external cladding starts this week from Level 1 up
- Second Floor: Joinery installation near complete, tiling completed, stonework to commence in a week
- Third Floor: Joinery progressing, tiling completed, stonework to commence in 2 weeks
- Fourth Floor: Joinery delivered and installation underway, tiling is complete
Externally you will see that the rest of the brick snaps have been installed to the Laneway and are now being grouted. The building is now 78% completed with completion due mid June.
