Dear Chatham Gardens Purchaser,
We are pleased to report that works on site are progressing nicely.
The builders have entered the finishing stage of base building works, which involves the installation of joinery and stone works. The electrical fit off of all lights and GPO's has also commenced.
Passenger lifts have also been installed. Externally, preparation of the garden beds and planters has commenced with the paving to follow shortly.
Key milestone reached this week was the installation of the feature canopy / balustrade to the façade of home one.
We are excited about the progress made and look forward to sharing more updates as construction continues. Please see the below latest photos from the construction site.
