Dear Chatham Gardens Purchaser,
Works on site at 21 Chatham Rd, Canterbury have entered the internal finishes trades. With all townhouses now fully plastered, tiling and base coat painting has commenced. Joinery shop drawings for townhouses 6 and 7 have been approved and are now under construction.
Externally, the builders have commenced the construction of all raised planters and metal arbors. Custom formed metal canopies and balustrades to the main Chatham Rd façade are also in the process of being manufactured.
Based on the current state of the works, the builders are anticipating completion in early March.
The team has informed us that several purchasers have come on to site throughout the past few weeks.
While we understand this is an exciting time, we cannot stress the dangers of being on a building site and without the proper training or attire. The builder does not want anyone hurt or in danger, as this will cause the site to be shut down and delays for the entire project.
We would appreciate if all purchasers could refrain from entering the building site.
