Dear Central Park Community,
Welcome to the latest construction update for Central Park.
Construction on site continues to progress well, with strong advancement across both internal and external works.
Below is a snapshot of the current works underway:
Internal Works:
- Joinery installation is now underway.
- Stone installation is underway.
- Tiling works are progressing well.
- Timber floorboard installation is scheduled to commence shortly.
External Works:
- Facade works are nearing completion.
- Brickwork is now complete.
- Metal cladding and rendering are almost complete.
- Scaffold removal is expected to commence shortly, which will begin to reveal the project's finished facade.
- The loading bay at the front of the site is expected to be dismantled shortly.
Settlement Timing Update:
Progress on site is tracking well, with Figurehead currently forecasting construction completion between late May and June 2026.
Final authority approvals and council sign-off are anticipated to occur in June 2026, with settlements now expected to take place from June 2026 through to early July 2026.
Please note that completion and settlement timings remain indicative and may change due to factors outside the project team's control, including weather conditions, supply chain impacts, and final regulatory approvals.
