Dear Candela Community,
We are delighted to share that construction is now 63% complete as of the end of January 2026, with progress advancing smoothly and confidently. Each milestone achieved brings us closer to delivering a refined, low-maintenance lifestyle in one of Ivanhoe's most desirable locations.
Importantly, works remain on schedule - a testament to the expertise and commitment of our development and construction teams.
Major Milestones Achieved:
Significant progress has been made across the structure and facade:
- Structural steel installation for the roof is now complete.
- Basement services are nearing completion.
- Concrete structure has topped out.
- Installation of the elegant glass balustrades on both the western and eastern facades is now underway.
- Glazed aluminum windows and doors to the building facade are complete and the tower crane has been successfully decommissioned, a major visual milestone signaling the project's transition into its final stages.
The building's full form is now clearly visible, giving a true sense of scale, proportion and architectural presence.
Q1 2026 Progress Update:
We are pleased to report strong advancement across all levels of the building:
- Basement: 90% complete
- Ground Floor: Shell works complete; Internal finishes 75% complete
- Level 1: Shell works complete; Finishes 50% complete
- Level 2: Shell works complete; Finishes 25% complete
- Level 3: Shell works complete; Finishes now commencing
- Level 4: Shell works 75% complete
- Level 5: Shell works 50% complete
General notes: Shell works refer to windows, framing, services rough-in, plaster sheeting and sealer coat paint. Finishes refers to joinery, tiling, floor coverings, services fit-off and final paint.
With structural works largely complete, the focus is now firmly on interior detailing - the stage where residences truly being to feel like homes.
