Dear Boston Purchaser,
We are pleased to again provide an update in relation to your Boston townhome.
The stone is being installed within the townhouses and the installer has advised that they are targeting to have the stone installed before Christmas. The lifts will also be completed by Christmas. The Flooring is expected to commence shortly within the first townhouse and follow the stone installation being completed within each of the townhouses.
In discussing the completion timeframe with the builder the project team has been advised that the completion date for the project is expected to be mid to late February 2025.
We are excited about the progress made and look forward to sharing more updates as construction continues. Please see the below latest photos from the construction site.
