Dear Beach Street Purchasers,
We are delighted to bring you the construction update for the Pier 103 development, detailing the progress on-site;
- Level 1: Timber flooring is fully installed, along with joinery and stone finishes.
- Level 2: Timber flooring, joinery, and stone work are all actively being installed.
We will begin work on Level 3 in two weeks, with flooring installation set to start.
We are excited about the progress made and look forward to sharing more updates as construction continues to progress. Please see the latest photos from the construction site.
