Dear Beach Street Purchasers,
We are delighted to bring you the construction update for the Pier 103 development, detailing the anticipated progress on-site;
The GRC panel installation is approaching completion, and anticipated to be finished within the month of September. The window subs (heads, jambs & sills) are approaching completion, anticipating to be completed within the month of September.
The apartment entries and party wall top strips have been installed on all apartment levels.
Apartment wall & ceiling rough ins has followed the plasterboard top strip installation. The electricians have completed their rough in to all apartments. Furthermore, the plumbers have completed the hot / cold water runs and gas to the kitchens / bathrooms as well as noggin install with in-wall FFE installed to level 4.
Mechanical and Fire Services have continued their works in June in the upper apartment levels and ground floor. Mechanical Services have commenced installation of level 4 ductwork and in the common areas.
Roof works have progressed mechanical Services are approaching completion of installation of their condenser units and duct runs on the roof.
