We are delighted to bring you the latest construction update for the Baie development, showcasing the progress made on site.
Current Site Progress and Key Milestones
- The tiling of wet areas has now been completed.
- Internal fences are currently in progress.
- The plastering and rendering is now complete.
- Joinery are being installed.
- The stone benchtops are currently being installed.
- External works are in progress.
- The basement multi-purpose room has been tiled and plastered.
The estimated construction completion is Q2 2026. We look forward to keeping you updated as the project advances.
