Happy New Year! We’re pleased to share the first construction update for Audrey in 2025.
Recent milestones include:
- Basement retaining walls complete
- Basement columns complete
- Basement blockwork walls underway
- Water tanks and pump installation underway
With strong foundations in place, Audrey is progressing towards becoming a refined collection of residences in the heart of Hawthorn. We look forward to sharing further updates as construction continues.
