We’re pleased to share the latest construction progress at the Ascend Blackburn, with works continuing on site:
- Driveway poured
- Stone slab in kitchen complete
- Joinery 90% complete
- Garage door 90% complete
- Landscaping in progress
- Painting 2nd coat complete
- Flooring expected to start in the next week
Unique Property Settlement (UPS) are also pleased to advise that they have been appointed to work with you by the development team in relation to the settlement services as construction works continue at Ascend, 35-37 Whitehorse Road, Blackburn.
Subject to current construction progress, settlement is expected to commence around end of November 2026, and bank valuation is anticipated to commence around late October 2026.
Their objective is to provide an efficient and seamless settlement of your townhouse. They will work alongside the developer, builder and yourself to coordinate valuers, solicitors and other service providers as a single point of contact that ensures your property settles smoothly.
From this point onwards, they will be communicating with you either by e-mails or phone calls to keep you updated with the construction progress, to arrange valuation inspection, final inspection and key hand over. Meanwhile, they will also explain the detailed settlement process to you and provide advice regarding the current property market dynamics and financing strategies.

Financing:
With continually changing market conditions, Banks are tightening their lending criteria and even if you have been issued loan pre-approval, we encourage you to keep in touch with your Bank or broker just to keep abreast of any lending changes that may have recently been implemented. We also could recommend a financial broker or bank representative at your request.
