Dear Ascend Community,
We’re pleased to share the latest construction progress at the Ascend Blackburn, with works continuing steadily on site:
- External cladding works continued to progress and are nearing completion, contributing to the completion of the building envelope.
- Balcony lining works are underway across multiple areas of the project.
- MEP rough-in activities are progressing, including the installation of services within walls, ceilings, and designated service zones.
- Roof plumbing works are ongoing to support weatherproofing and roof drainage requirements.
- Stair installation works have commenced and are progressing in accordance with the construction program.
The project’s anticipated completion is scheduled for late 2026.
