Dear Ascend Community,
We’re pleased to share the latest construction progress at the Ascend Blackburn, with works continuing steadily on site:
- The brick layer has started and is at 80% completion.
- Roof plumbing is also at 80% completion.
- The external facade sheeting is 50% complete with the Second Floor facade rendering well under way.
The project's anticipated completion is scheduled for late 2026. We’ll continue to keep you updated as key milestones are reached.
