Dear Ascend Community,
We’re pleased to share the latest construction progress at the Ascend Blackburn, with works continuing steadily on site:
- Roofing works are underway, focusing on making the structure weather-tight, including roof coverings, flashing, and guttering.
- The external facade is nearing completion, with cladding scheduled to finish within two weeks.
- MEP rough-ins have commenced, with cabling, pipework, and ducting being installed within walls and ceilings.
- Internal plastering is set to begin in May as rough-ins progress.
The project’s anticipated completion is scheduled for late 2026.
