Dear Ascend Community,
We’re pleased to share the latest construction progress at the Ascend Blackburn, with works continuing steadily on site.
Recent Milestones:
- U1–14 first and second floor plastering completed.
- U8–14 joinery installation progressing.
- U1–7 joinery installation to commence next week.
- U8–14 tiling works progressing.
- Stone benchtop measurements scheduled for next week.
- In-ground services, including gas, water, electrical and NBN, completed.
- Underground water tank excavation commenced.
Current forecast completion date is Q4 2026, subject to weather conditions.
