Dear Argyle Square Purchasers,
We appreciate your continued patience as we navigate the final stages of the Argyle Square development.
Significant progress has been made, particularly on the higher levels since Christmas, and the builder is allocating additional resources to ensure timely completion. The glass required for all glazing is now on-site, with ground floor and townhouse glazing set for installation next.
At this stage, we anticipate valuations and purchaser inspections to take place in mid March.
