Dear Arcade Purchaser,
We are pleased to report the following works at the Arcade Construction Site:
- The crane tower has been removed as scheduled
- The passenger lift has been installed for commissioning
- Window installation on the top level has been completed
- Stone and joinery installation is in progress
- Bathroom tiled and fixture installation is in progress
- First coat of painting is in progress
- Floor levelling has commenced to prepare for timber flooring
As construction moves into its final phase, UPS Settlement has been appointed by developer to work with you in relation to the settlement of your townhouse purchase.
Their objective is to provide an efficient and seamless settlement of your apartment. They will work with you, and in conjunction with the developer and the builder, to coordinate valuers, solicitors and other service providers to ensure your property settles smoothly.
