30ml Lustau Vermut Blanco
30ml Maidenii Roselle
20ml soda (optional)
Equipment
Bar spoon
Short rocks glass
Bar knife and board
Recipe
Cut a wedge of citrus (orange or grapefruit) and set aside for garnish
Fill the glass with ice
Add Lustau Vermut Blanco and Maidenii Roselle
Stir for 10 seconds
Top with a dash of soda and garnish
