The Port Phillip agent is totally at home in this house. ‘My favourite space is the courtyard. It is fully decked with built in seating, built by my father. We have planted some ornamental pear trees and we have a lime tree which makes a small space quite inviting when we have guests over in the summer. It’s perfect for barbecues,’ says Nicholas.
Nestled between the bay and lake, Albert Park presents an enviable lifestyle with beautiful parks, leafy gardens and relaxed bayside living. ‘I love walking down to the beach with my wife and puppy in summer. There’s nothing better than watching the sunset on the beach,’ says Nicholas. ‘There’s no traffic as no one drives through Albert Park to get anywhere. I love having the beach and Albert Park Lake within walking distance.’ Easy access to the CBD is also an alluring feature of the locale, ‘I go to the city for lunch or dinner almost every week,’ says Nicholas.
Nicholas began working in the real estate industry almost a decade ago and hasn’t looked back since. In that time, he has noticed a significant shift in the client perception of an agent’s role. ‘Real estate has become more corporatised, vendors and buyers are expecting agents to act with the same level of professionalism they would expect in other business sectors like banking, lawyers and advertising,’ says Nicholas.
A dedication to cultivating strong relationships with both prospective buyers and sellers sets Nicholas apart in the competitive industry. ‘I find that being upfront and direct with my advice along with a genuine interest in helping my clients has reaped the best possible outcomes.
