Samuel has always had a connection to property and a strong work ethic from a young age that launched him into his first career in construction, coupled with evenings in hospitality to sharpen his customer service skills. Sam's real estate career started on the Mornington Peninsula, where he became a founding Director of the Marshall White Flinders office. In 2024, Sam returned to his Bayside roots, where he now resides with his family. Samuel's intimate local knowledge and community involvement give his clients a distinct advantage in navigating the Bayside area's prestigious property market and understanding what inspires prospective buyers to move there.
