Ross believes that good communication is the key to successful property management. He always aims to get back to clients and all others involved in the leasing process in a timely manner and takes the initiative to provide additional advice and recommendations. With thorough knowledge of the rental market and residential tenancy act as well as an innate interest in people and architecture, Ross makes property leasing as stress free as possible.
Outside of real estate, Ross loves spending his time with his wife and his son, Lenny.
