Prior to real estate, Rhys began his career as an entrepreneur, starting Up4kicks, an online sneaker resale venture, and later founding MCW Detailing, a successful, high-end vehicle detailing service in Port Melbourne. His transition into real estate as a Sales Executive at our Albert Park office was a natural progression, bringing his entrepreneurial skills and customer-focused approach into the property world.
