Kate prides herself on professionalism, service and care in her role as Business Development Manager for the Property Management team at our Mornington Peninsula office.

Kate has had a lifelong interest in property, with fond memories of walks and drives with family to look at houses as a child, and a keen interest in home renovation and landscaping projects. Upon completing school and a Bachelor of Arts degree, she went on to use her outstanding communication skills for positions in recruitment and human resources. A Graduate Diploma in teaching and several rewarding years of teaching followed, but never losing her passion for property, she was drawn to real estate as a career.

In her work with valued clients, Kate is warm, honest and highly organised. She ensures the best outcomes for owners and renters through her genuine focus on understanding clients’ individual journeys, on building relationships and going the extra mile.

Kate is a proud Mornington Peninsula local who embraces the variety of incredible experiences on offer, and is constantly in awe of the stunning natural environment. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time at the beach, going to the footy, playing tennis and being with family and friends.
