Joel applies a unique architectural perspective to his role as a Sales Executive in our Projects team. With a bachelor’s degree in architecture from RMIT, Joel's passion for design and property is firmly anchored in his education and upbringing.
Growing up in Kew with a father in real estate, Joel has been immersed in the industry from a young age. This early exposure, combined with his architectural background, allows Joel to connect with clients, understanding their needs while offering valuable insights into property design and potential.
The collaborative culture and comprehensive training within real estate enable Joel to refine his skills continually. His keen eye for detail and understanding of architectural principles help clients envision their ideal future home, guiding clients to properties that truly resonate with their lifestyles and aspirations via his enthusiastic and personable communication style.
Joel is also a firm believer in the compound effect, focusing on small, consistent habits to achieve significant results. He regularly reviews and improves his performance, maintaining a positive attitude and perspective.
Outside of work, Joel enjoys socialising with friends, playing golf, exercising, and reading non-fiction and personal development books. Joel's enthusiasm for Melbourne's distinctive culture - from its coffee scene and restaurants to its fashion and architecture - mirrors his approach to real estate.
