Jin Xu’s long held passion for the property market, and her desire to help people to find their dream homes is what led her to embarking on a career in Real Estate sales.

Recently joining Marshall White’s Boroondara office, working alongside industry leaders Duane Wolowiec and Stuart Evans, Jin, who enjoyed a previous career in international transportation, and was also a former owner of a Video Ezy franchise, is persistent, hard- working and willing to put in the hours to ensure her clients’ needs are met.

Jin grew up in Shanghai, China, and has an engaging and friendly nature and loves welcoming new Melbournians to our city, which she describes as peaceful, with plenty of opportunities and full of kind people. A natural communicator, with a good sense of judgement, Jin will ensure her clients are kept informed throughout every step of the sales’ process. In her spare time, she loves reading, watching TV, cooking and spending time with her husband and son. She also enjoys travelling, music and keeping fit, and practices gratitude on a daily basis.
