With a career in real estate spanning over two decades, Isabella brings a wealth of experience to our rental department as Business Development Manager.

Born in Germany and educated in Turkey and Melbourne, a Bachelor of Business Management led to prestigious positions in banking and then in finance with major builders. This background, along with completing building projects of her own, proved valuable to Isabella’s work as a senior property manager where she achieved some record breaking results and successfully managed her own portfolio of 300 properties. It also helped develop an exceptional work ethic and outstanding communication skills.

Isabella is passionate about providing the best possible service to owners and renters. She is very aware that no two clients are the same and is very focused on providing advice to suit individual needs. Empathetic and a good listener, she strives to really get to know people and clearly understand their property goals. She takes great pride in helping achieve the perfect outcome.

Outside of real estate, Isabella’s life revolves around her two school aged daughters. Other favourite pastimes include dancing, music, walking, hiking and enjoying the sun.
