As a former elite level athlete and swimming coach, Ewan Bennett is innately competitive, analytical, and disciplined. Always striving for the absolute best in himself and those he works with, he brings an incredible energy, drive, and skillset to his new role as Sales Executive, Marshall White Bayside.

After a 15-year career as a professional swimmer, Ewan retired in 2019 due to injury. Always positive, highly motivated, and looking towards the future, Ewan switched his focus to real estate, and in his first 12 months was involved in the sale of more than $140 million worth of property.

As with the athletes he coaches, Ewan only wants the best possible outcome for his real estate clients, whether that is by helping them achieve the highest price possible for their property or finding them that dream home they have always wanted. Always willing to go the extra mile, Ewan will push above and beyond to ensure his clients understand they are his utmost priority. Caring and considerate in nature, he genuinely wants others to be happy and successful in life. A natural communicator, Ewan can quickly establish a rapport with his clients, and is supportive, informative, and honest in his approach. As a local Bayside area specialist, Ewan loves the beautiful homes, relaxing lifestyle, and the privilege of living so close to the beach.

Educated at St. Kevin’s College in Toorak, Ewan believes Melbourne is truly the most liveable city in the world, and he wouldn’t want to call anywhere else home. Outside of Real Estate, Ewan is a massive motorsport fan, with F1 and Ferrari topping his list of passions.
