Embracing a shift in her career trajectory, Charlotte joined Marshall White in 2023, a move that also saw her return to the Mornington Peninsula, where she was raised.
In her current role as the Campaign Advertising and Administration Coordinator, working within Team Bailey White, Charlotte has quickly become an integral part of the Mount Eliza Office. Her enthusiasm for real estate's ever-changing landscape—each day filled with new properties and new people—motivates her to ensure that every marketing campaign she oversees is seamless and effective.
