Dear Mercer Purchasers,
We are pleased to share the latest developments on the Mercer Armadale project, where significant strides have been made on-site.
The initial site cut has been successfully completed, setting the stage for the next phase of construction. Piling retention works have now commenced, with the piling drill rig already mobilised on-site. Additionally, piling reinforcements have been delivered, ensuring that all materials are in place for continued progress.
In line with our commitment to preserving the local environment, we have also received the necessary tree pruning permits from the council, allowing us to proceed with care and precision.
D5 Build remains on track to continue delivering the highest standards of workmanship as we move forward with the construction of Mercer Armadale. Stay tuned for more updates as this exciting development progresses.
During the construction progress, we will provide a construction update by the end of each month. The next update will be sent by the end of September 2024.
