We’re pleased to share the latest construction update for Mercer.
Current Site Progress and Key Milestones:
- Roof installation is nearing completion.
- Roof insulation has been completed.
- Windows and sliding doors installation is nearing completion.
- Insulation and plasterboard are being installed on the ground floor (first and second floors completed).
- Lift installation is in progress.
- Render application is nearing completion.
The estimated construction completion is Q2 2026.
